General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the wibid platform and all services connected to it. By accessing the site, registering, or using any service, you will be considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
wibid provides online betting, casino games, sports betting, and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh. To use this platform, you must comply with all provisions of these Terms.
These Terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict of interpretation, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
Account Registration & Use
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on wibid, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must be a resident of Bangladesh and these services must be legally accessible in your area.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
- Each person may hold only one account.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify wibid support immediately.
2.3 Updating Account Information
If any registered information changes (such as phone number or payment method), you must update it on wibid immediately. wibid will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.
Age Verification & Identity Confirmation
wibid is a responsible gaming platform. We are committed to ensuring that only individuals aged 21 or above can use our services.
During account verification, you may be required to provide one of the following identity documents:
- National ID Card (NID)
- Passport
- Driving License
- Birth Registration Certificate
Providing false age or identity on wibid is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on wibid:

- Bank Transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Janata Bank, Islami Bank)
The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳500. Deposits must come from your own account or number. Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. If verification is not completed, the withdrawal request may be delayed or rejected.
4.3 Currency & Transactions
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). wibid does not charge any transaction fees, however your payment provider may charge a separate fee.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
wibid's welcome bonus is 120% on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus — making your total balance ৳2,200.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount applies. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, after placing ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets, the winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules
- A bonus offer can only be used once per account.
- Bonuses can only be used on designated games — some games may be excluded from wagering.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
- wibid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- In cases of bonus abuse or fraud, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
Gaming Rules
The wibid platform offers slots, fishing games, lottery, live casino, sports betting, and various other types of games. Each game has its own rules and payout structure.
6.1 Fair Play & RNG
All games on wibid are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Slots and other digital games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased results.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, wibid will attempt to refund the bet for that game. However, no winnings can be claimed in such situations.
6.3 Sports Betting
Payouts in sports betting are determined based on the declared odds. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded. The rules for specific markets are detailed on the game page.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wibid platform:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Placing artificial or manipulative bets with the intent of meeting bonus requirements.
- Conducting transactions using third-party funds.
- Using software bots, automation tools, or hacking methods.
- Harassing or defrauding other players.
- Using wibid for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
If any of the above activities are engaged in, wibid reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account and forfeit all balances. Relevant authorities may be notified if required.
Responsible Play

8.1 Self-Restriction Tools
wibid makes the following tools available to users:
- Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.

- Violation of these Terms.
- Providing false information or failure to verify identity.
- Suspicion of fraud or bonus abuse.
- Involvement in prohibited activities.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
When an account is closed, verified balances are generally returned, however if closure is due to a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
wibid provides services on an "as is" basis. We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but we are not responsible for technical disruptions, network issues, or third-party failures.
wibid is not liable for the following:
- Loss of games or bets caused by issues with your internet connection or device.
- Loss caused by your account information being disclosed to others.
- Missed opportunities during temporary service downtime.
- Technical issues caused by third-party game providers.

Changes & Amendments to Terms
